Historic Thunderstik Lodge’s Pheasant hunts complimented by world class guides and the famous Thunderstik dogs that make our hunts the “Pheasant Hunt of a Lifetime”! The Patrick Flanigan “Xtreme Wing-Shooting” School is the newest addition to the ranch and will focus on improving a shooter’s overall success in the field. The course will be conducted in a small group instructional setting and combined with my most elite shooting tips & techniques. Includes his personal techniques for locating and reacting to singular and multiple targets, using different shooting mounts to acquire a successful shot, developing proper leads quicker, speed loading, the perfect shooting mount and take home tips for do-it-yourself practice.
Sample Itinerary:
- 3 days hunt/school combo – Capacity 12 hunters (double occupancy)
- Day 1: Arrival, warm up the guns and dinner meeting and greeting
- Day 2 and 3: Morning hunt/afternoon shooting school
- Day 4: Departure breakfast/add on private lessons or an additional hunting day
